Step 6 — Conduct the Consultation Once paid, a 10-day consultation window opens for text, voice, and video communication with the patient.

No fees, samples, or payments are exchanged through HealthNep in connection with these meetings, and every doctor retains full discretion to decline any request.

User's Guide Patient

available to them on HealthNep. Step 1 — Create an Account Visit healthnep.com and click "Register." A patient can sign up using just a phone number, or a phone number plus an email address. A verification code is sent by SMS to confirm the phone number before the account is created.
Step 2 — Log In Return visits use the same phone number/email and password to log in from the homepage.
Step 3 — Search for a Doctor From the "Find a Doctor" or "Partners" menu, the patient can search or filter doctors by medical specialty, consultation type (online or in-person), and maximum fee. Each doctor's profile displays their specialty, experience, fee, and NMC registration number.
Step 4 — Book an Appointment The patient selects a doctor, chooses a location (a physical clinic address, or an online video/chat consultation), and picks an available date and time. A short note describing the health concern can be added.
Step 5 — Wait for Doctor Confirmation The doctor reviews the request and confirms or declines it. The patient is notified by SMS and email.
Step 6 — Make Payment Once confirmed, the patient completes payment before the consultation window opens. Card and banking details are handled entirely by the payment gateway — HealthNep never stores this information.
Step 7 — Use the 10-Day Consultation Window The patient can message the doctor by text or voice, join a live video consultation, share lab reports, and receive a digital prescription — all within a 10-day window, at no extra charge for follow-up questions.
Step 8 — Receive Prescriptions and Share Lab Reports Prescriptions appear directly in the patient's account. Lab reports can be uploaded by the patient or shared directly by a partner laboratory.
Step 9 — Request a Video Follow-Up If cleared by a doctor after a physical visit, the patient can request a short video follow-up directly from their dashboard.
Step 10 — Add a Family Contact (Optional) A patient may authorize a family member — such as an adult child abroad — to ask the treating doctor simple questions about their condition, with the patient's explicit consent. Note: A patient can also reset their password via SMS if they registered with a phone number only, without needing to contact support.

Clinic Partner Manual

Step 1 — Register as a Clinic Visit healthnep.com and select "Register Clinic." Provide your clinic's name, address, registration number, and contact details.
Step 2 — Wait for Admin Verification Like doctor accounts, every clinic account is reviewed and approved by an administrator before becoming publicly visible.
Step 3 — Complete Your Public Profile Add your clinic's description, operating hours, and an optional website or social media link, visible to patients browsing the "Partners" section.
Step 4 — Link Verified Doctors Connect doctors who practice at your clinic, so patients can see the association when booking.
Step 5 — Receive and Respond to Inquiries Patient inquiries about your clinic arrive on your dashboard and by SMS notification.

Pharmacy Partner Manual

Step 1 — Register as a Pharmacy Visit healthnep.com and select "Register Pharmacy." Provide your pharmacy's name, address, and registration details.
Step 2 — Wait for Admin Verification Every pharmacy account requires admin approval before it becomes active.
Step 3 — List Medicine Availability Add commonly stocked medicines so patients searching nearby can find you.
Step 4 — Receive and Respond to Inquiries Patient inquiries about medicine availability arrive on your dashboard and by SMS.

Healthnep is an online healthcare platform connecting patients with qualified doctors. You can submit health queries, upload prescriptions, read health articles and join our community forum.
Yes, creating an account and submitting health queries is completely free.

Appointments & Consultations

Log in to your patient account, go to My Queries, fill in your subject and describe your problem. You can also upload a prescription photo or PDF.
Our doctors typically respond within 24 to 48 hours. For urgent emergencies please contact your local hospital immediately.

Prescriptions & Medicines

Yes, when submitting a query you can attach a photo or PDF of your prescription. Supported formats are JPG, PNG and PDF up to 5MB.

Patient Account

Click Register on the top right of the page. Enter your full name, email address and a password. Your account will be ready immediately.
Go to your profile page after logging in and you can set a new password there. If you cannot log in please contact our admin.

Laboratory Partner Manual

Step 1 — Register as a Lab Visit healthnep.com and select "Register Lab." Provide your laboratory's name, address, registration number, and the tests you offer.
Step 2 — Wait for Admin Verification Every lab account requires admin approval before it becomes active.
Step 3 — List Your Available Tests Add the diagnostic tests your lab offers, so patients searching for a specific test can find you.
Step 4 — Upload Patient Lab Reports Once a patient has an active consultation with a doctor, your lab can securely upload their results directly — the patient is notified immediately, and the doctor gains access only through that active consultation.
Step 5 — Receive and Respond to Inquiries Patient inquiries about test availability arrive on your dashboard and by SMS.

Yes. Your health information is stored securely and is only visible to you and the doctor assigned to your case. We never share your data with third parties.
